Artist Statement
As a deaf child, i was often told by other people "I'll tell you later" when missing out on conversations between family and friends. My feelings of isolation, diminishment and insignificance and meaninglessness when being told that phrase is aptly represented by the trivialness of a symbolic handkerchief, simply an object to wipe one's nose with.
